The wedding is going to be at Cloverleaf Ranch in Santa Rosa, CA, a horse ranch and kids summer camp. This is about an hour north of San Francisco. The wedding will start at about 4pm on Sunday Sept. 4th and go all night!

Flights:
You can fly into the the lovely little Sonoma County Airport if you wish (only American, Delta or Alaska/Horizon go there). It's cheaper to fly into Oakland (OAK) or San Francisco (SFO). OAK and SFO are both just a little over an hour from Santa Rosa.
Flying into Sacramento or San Jose are also options if you find a great deal, however they are a bit farther (approx 1 hour 40 minutes) to Santa Rosa.
You may want to rent a car if you are flying in- there are taxis, but public transportation isn't the best in Sonoma County. If you don't rent a car, you can take a shuttle from SFO or OAK to Santa Rosa for $32 each way per person. If you stay in Santa Rosa, taxis around town and to the wedding location is fairly easy.
The ceremony will be outdoors at the ranch, so wear your walking (and dancing) shoes!
